A friendly witch welcomes visitors to the Salvation Army's third annual Halloween Spooktacular.
OSWEGO, NY – The Oswego Salvation Army got into the Halloween spirit by hosting its annual Spooktacular recently.
The Oswego Corps of The Salvation Army continues to celebrate next week.
It will hold a community breakfast on Nov. 9 at 8 a.m. at The American Foundry, 246 W. Seneca St., to celebrate 125 years of service in Oswego.
Individual tickets and corporate tables are available and can be arranged by calling 315-343-9692.
Reservations should be made by Monday.
Proceeds of the breakfast will support the services of the Army in Oswego.
Proclamations from the county and city will be presented and Major Donald Hostetler, commander of the Empire State Division of The Salvation Army, will address the gathering.

Along the haunted house route, visitors found cut-ups like “Jason” lurking in the bathroom.There were creepy creatures hiding around just about every corner at the Halloween Spooktacular.
Zombies munched on brains by candlelight as visitors checked out the haunted house.
Not all of the characters at the event were of the spooky variety, as this cow girl can attest.
