Farley has been charged with one count each of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the Third Degree (B felony), Criminal Sale of a Controlled Substance in the Third Degree (B felony), Criminal Possession of Stolen Property in the Fourth Degree (E felony), and Prostitution (B misdemeanor).

Farley was arrested on Thursday at 12:06 a.m., and arraigned later the same day.

The arrest comes as a direct result of an Anti-Crime Team investigation into suspected criminal activity at Farley’s address.

Several concerned citizens reported suspicious activity at the location, including an unusually high amount of foot traffic in and out of the residence, with the individuals staying for very short periods of time.

Further investigation, combined with other investigative techniques, resulted in a sting operation during the course of which Farley allegedly sold a quantity of crack cocaine to an undercover police officer.

Also during the course of the operation, Farley offered to engage in sexual acts with the same undercover officer in exchange for money, police said.

Additionally, while in the residence, police allegedly located a purse which was found to have been reported stolen.

Several members of the Oswego City Police Department’s Patrol Division assisted in the operation and subsequent arrest.

Farley was taken into custody and transported to the Oswego City Police Department, where she was processed and arraigned in Oswego City Court, and subsequently remanded to the Oswego County Correctional Facility in lieu of $5,000 cash bail or $10,000 bail bond.

She is scheduled to return in Oswego City Court on February 14 at 9:30 a.m.
