SCRIBA – State Police announce the arrest of Domenic J. Gioia, 41, from 956 Middle Road in Scriba, for two counts of Promoting a sexual performance by a child (D Felony) and one count of Possession of a Sexual Performance of a Child (E Felony).
Gioia is accused of uploading images depicted as child pornography by use of the internet.
He was arraigned in the Town of Scriba Court and remanded to the Oswego County Jail on $5,000 cash/ $10,000 bond. Gioia is scheduled to appear back in court on October 26.
