OSWEGO, NY – A local physican’s failure to maintain accurate patient records and negligence has resulted in his ability to practice being limited.

The limitation is effective as of May 2, 2013.

“The physician’s medical license is limited precluding all patient contact and the practice of medicine clinical or otherwise. Dr. Soogree came to the Fulton Health Center from Oswego Hospital where he worked for 15 years. His focus is on family care.

  1. I am thankful the state finally came after this monster. It’s unfortunate it took the state this long to come after him, as his poor medical ethics and practices stretch back to AT LEAST 2004. From personal experience, he placed me on medication that became seriously addictive, and refused to take me off it. Changed doctors…has taken years to undo the damage he did…

  2. It is sad to see that sometimes not all the facts about certain situations are verified and that some people are allowed great privileges with their slanderous comments and ruined the reputations of good and generous doctors.
