State Police conduct Underage Drinking Enforcement in Oswego County

Fulton, NY – The New York State Police in Oswego County conducted an underage drinking enforcement detail in Oswego County on Thursday.

The following establishments were in compliance with applicable laws pertaining to sales of alcoholic beverages:

One person was charged with a class B Misdemeanor, Unlawfully Dealing with a Child for allegedly completing the sale of an alcoholic beverage to a minor under the age of 21 and in violation of the Alcohol and Beverage Control Law of Prohibited Sales to a person under the age of 21 (ABC 65-1):

Daniel D. Williams (6/7/63), of 5372 St Rt 104, Oswego, at May’s Country Store, 5617 State Route 104, Oswego.

Williams was issued an appearance ticket to appear in the Town of Scriba Court at a later date.
