FULTON, NY – The New York State Police in Fulton are investigating a burglary to a residence on Lakeview Road in the town of Scriba.
The suspect was captured on surveillance and the State Police are attempting to identify him.
The suspect is described as a white male, thin build with facial hair, wearing what appear to be Adidas brand sneakers with orange or red stripes.
