Trio Charged In Connection To Theft From Volney Home

OSWEGO, NY – On 3/28/12 at 10:03 a.m., Kayla M. Wallace, 19, of 93 Kingdom Road, Oswego, Chad V. DeGroff, 18, of 591 Oneida River Road, Pennellville, and Emmanuel M. Granger, 18, of 591 Oneida River Road, Pennellville, were arrested for Grand Larceny, 3rd degree, a class D felony.

The charge stems from the investigation into an incident that occurred in the town of Volney.

According to sheriff’s deputies, the trio allegedly participated in the theft of jewelry and a canoe from the residence.

All three individuals were arraigned by Hon. Judge Aluzzi in the Town of Volney Court.

They were ROR’d with a return to court date of 4/16/12.
