Oswego County VSA Office by Appointment Only

OSWEGO COUNTY – The Oswego County Veterans’ Services Agency (VSA) announces that its office will operate by appointment only until further notice due to staff shortages.

Appointments can be made by calling the office at 315-591-9100. The VSA office is located at 200 N. Second St., Fulton. It is open on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Fridays from 8 a.m. to noon and 1 to 4 p.m. and on Thursdays from 8 a.m. to noon.

Satellite hours will continue as normal on the first and second Thursday of each month from 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. at the H. Douglas Barclay Courthouse, 1 Broad St., Pulaski.
