Now THAT Was a Car!

A very special group of cars and their drivers recently visited the Oswego County Historical Society Richardson-Bates House Museum. This international group called the “Model T Ford Collectors Association” held a gathering in Weedsport and added a “Day in Oswego” as part of it. The first stop was to take a tour of the museum and learn about the history of Oswego County. Thirty-five visitors enjoyed their tours with the society’s Board of Trustees members. Shown are two of the fancy cars parked in front of the museum. Tours of the museum are available Thursday, Friday, and Saturday from 1 to 5 p.m. or by special appointment. For tour appointments or more information about the museum call 343-1342.
