OSWEGO, NY – On Monday at American Legion Post 268, NY Commander W. Michael Bowen and other dignitaries visited Oswego.

Michael Bowen, commander department of NY; Ann Geer, auxiliary president for the American Legion Veterans’ Service Organization; Dr. Greg Gibbs, commander for The Sons of the American Legion; Karen St. Hailare, 5th district auxiliary president; and Don Logan, American legion organization.

They visited the 5th district, which Oswego County is part of.

Oswego and Hannibal American legions were chosen for the visit.

They gave short messages about programs that they support for the veterans and their families.
