Calvin D. O’Brien, 67, 10/21/2008

FULTON, NY – Calvin D. O’Brien, 67, of Fulton, passed away after a yearlong battle with cancer Tuesday Oct. 21, 2008, at A.L. Lee Memorial Hospital, Fulton.

He was born in Watertown, NY, and was a resident of Fulton for most of his life.

He retired from Armstrong World Industries in 1995 after 29 years of service as an electrician.

Mr. O’Brien was a member of the Fulton Congregation of Jehovah Witnesses.

He is survived by his wife of 45 years, Peggy (Pyzdrowski) O’Brien of Fulton; his sons, Cordell (Jeannie) O’Brien of Baldwinsville, Curtis (Lorraine) O’Brien of Volney; his mother, Louisa H. Hoan of Oswego; and his beloved triplet grandsons: Connor, Kyle, and Carter O’Brien of Baldwinsville.

Memorial services will be conducted Friday at 1 p.m. with Elder Ronald Sharp at the Fulton Congregation of Jehovah Witnesses County Route 85, Fulton.

Burial will be held privately in Mount Adnah Cemetery, Fulton.

Calling hours will be held 4 to 7 p.m. Thursday at the Sugar Funeral Home, 224 W. Second St. S., Fulton.
