OSWEGO, NY – E. Jacqueline Babcock, 79, a resident of 96 W. Eighth St., passed away Monday Aug. 31, 2009, at Oswego Hospital.
Miss Babcock was born in Oswego, the daughter of the late Ford and Mabel (Bullock) Babcock.
She was a life resident.
Prior to her retirement, she was employed at the Nestlé’s Corp. in Fulton.
Miss Babcock was a member of the Church of the Resurrection in Oswego.
She is survived by a brother, Ford Babcock of Oswego; two sisters, Nettie Armstrong of Georgia and Katherine Wayland of Texas; and several nieces and nephews.
She was predeceased by two sisters, Geraldine Wilmott and Mabel Jean Kelly.
Graveside services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Thursday in Oswego Town Rural Cemetery.
There will be no calling hours.
Contributions can be made to the Church of the Resurrection, 120 W. Fifth St., Oswego, NY 13126.
Arrangements are in care of the Dain-Cullinan Funeral Home, Oswego.
