OSWEGO – Mary Ann Syrell, 80 of Oswego passed away Thursday evening in the Oswego Hospital.
She was born in Fulton and was the daughter of the late Francis and Mary Taormina Malambri.
Mary Ann loved to crochet.
She had been employed at Walmart.
She is survived by her husband James E. Syrell, one son Harold (Mary) Goodale of Oswego, one brother Frederick J. Malambri of Oswego, one sister Delores Argall of Florida, three stepdaughters, Tammy Syrell of Florida, Cindy Treen of Camden, NY, Jamie Burris of North Carolina, thirteen grandchildren and many great grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.
She was predeceased by one brother Andrew Malambri.
Calling hours will be Wednesday 10AM- 12noon with a service to follow at noon at the Dain-Cullinan Funeral Home. Entombment will be in All Saints Mausoleum, St. Peter’s Cemetery.
Mary Ann was my step mother years ago … She treated us 3 girls like we were her own … R.I.P. Mary Ann …
