OSWEGO, NY – Annamae Donovan, 94, a former resident of Oswego, passed away on Thursday December 24, 2015, in Maryland.
Born in Syracuse, she was the daughter of the late Joseph and Mary Longhway.
She received her degree in Education from SUNY Oswego.
She was a teacher in the Oswego City School District for 25 years.
Annamae loved to play bridge and golf.
Surviving are her daughter, Linda (Peter) Clement of Maryland; and two granddaughters, Kristen Clement and Amy Paulson.
She was predeceased by her husband, James Donovan, in 1993; and and her daughter, Cathleen (Donovan) Thomas, in 1985.
Funeral services were private.
Entombment was in All Saint’s Mausoleum.
Arrangements were in care of the Dowdle Funeral Home.
