OSWEGO, NY – Carl Loftus, 57, a resident of Oswego, passed away on Friday October 3, 2014, at Oswego Hospital.
Born in Oswego, he was a son of the late Daniel R Loftus, and Virginia (Peavey) Loftus and had attended Oswego schools.
He was employed with Vona’s Restaurant for more than 20 years and enjoyed riding his bike.
Surviving, besides his mother, are his three brothers, Daniel R. Loftus Jr., Pat Loftus and David Loftus, five sisters, Paula Stevens, Ann Bailey, Donna Reeves, Donna Spear and Carla Jones; and nieces and nephews among whom are Kristin and David Goodwin.
There are no funeral services or calling hours.
Arrangements are in care of the Dowdle Funeral Home.
