Carol M. DeSantis, 67

OSWEGO, NY – Carol M. DeSantis, 67,a resident of Oswego passed away on Friday February 27, 2015, at her home.

She was the youngest of the five Morley siblings.

She was a daughter of the late Harold and Idella (Hellon) Morley and lived in Oswego all of her life.

She was a graduate of Kingsford Park Elementary and Oswego High School.

She was the mother of Ronald John, John Michael and daughter, Renee Jean, who predeceased her in infancy and the sister of Harold Morley, James Morley, Norma Barney and Linda Loomis.

Carol will be remembered as the “Music Lady” by former pupils of local preschools and
as a church and wedding soloist.

She enjoyed acting with the Oswego Players.

She retired from Price Chopper and previously was a facilitator for Oswego Industries,
where she introduced innovative programming that involved music and physical
activity.

She was admired for her enthusiasm, her generosity and her advocacy for people with
differing abilities and needs.

She lived passionately.

Her family will honor her life’s gifts in a private gathering.

Carol is now singing first soprano with the heavenly choir.

Gifts in her memory may be made to Oswego Industries or the Greyhound Rescue and Adoption, Inc.
