OSWEGO, NY – Edward J. Dowling, 59, passed away on Saturday July 10, 2010, in Oswego NY.
Born in Auburn, he was a son of the late Edward and Julia (Mitchell) Dowling and had attended Auburn schools.
He worked in the shipping and receiving at Dunn and McCarthy in Auburn.
Mr. Dowling was an avid Yankees fan.
Surviving are three brothers, Michael Dowling and Robert Dowling both of Auburn and Walter (Sharon) Dowling of Oswego.
He was predeceased by his brother, James Dowling.
Funeral services are private and at the convenience of the family.
There are no calling hours.
