OSWEGO, NY – Francis L. Gagnon, 62, a resident of Oswego, passed away on Sunday December 30, 2012, at his home.
Born in Oswego, he was a son of the late Harry and Frances (Wengen) Gagnon and was a graduate of Oswego High School.
He was employed with Alcan for 12 years and was an avid golfer.
Surviving are his three children, Kelly (Efrain Rodriquez) Bristol of Fulton, Jennifer (Mike) McHenry of Oswego and Frankie Gagnon Jr. of North Syracuse; 12 grandchildren, Elizabeth Sullivan, David Gagnon, Ashley Bristol, Stevie Bristol, Jaylyn Rodriguez, Erika Perez, Izzy Perez, Alix Perez, Terrance Perez, Christopher Gagnon, Cloe Gagnon and Quincy Gagnon; a brother, Harry (Elizabeth) Gagnon of Oswego; two nephews, Harry Gagnon Jr. and Scott Gagnon; 10 great-grandchildren; and a special friend, Shirley Lalone.
The family will receive friends at the Dowdle Funeral Home on Thursday from 4-7 p.m. with a service to follow the calling hours.
