OSWEGO, NY – Helen M. Bacon, 95, a resident of Meadowbrook Manor passed away on Wednesday November 6, 2013, at Oswego Hospital.
Born in the Town of Oswego, she was the daughter of the late Fred and Genevieve (Ottman) Haynes and was a graduate of Oswego High School.
Helen retired from Nestlé’s in 1988 after more than 30 years of service.
Surviving are her daughter, Sharon (Paul) Smith of Oswego; two grandchildren, Kimberly Breitbeck and Brian Randall; two great-grandchildren; and three great-great-grandchildren.
She was predeceased by her husband, James in 1999.
Funeral services are private and at the convenience of the family.
There are no calling hours.
Burial will be in Oswego Town Rural Cemetery.
