OSWEGO – June 18, 2024. Joseph D. LeBlanc, 63, of Oswego, New York passed away peacefully at Oswego Hospital from natural causes with his sister Karen at his side.
Joseph (Jody) was the son of the late Joseph D LeBlanc and Marjorie (Thornton) LeBlanc of Fulton, New York. Jody was a graduate of Fulton High School and earned an Associate’s Degree from the Onondaga
Community College.
Jody spent most of his adult life in the time share business which allowed him to work at and explore some of the most beautiful resort areas in the United States. One of his greatest passions in life was being with nature and all its beauty, especially when embracing its splendor while riding his 4-wheeler or motorcycle.
Jody also loved spending time with friends and family sharing stories of all his travel adventures and accomplishments as an athlete in his younger days. Jody truly treasured the relationships he forged with these special people in his life over the years.
Jody was predeceased by his parents along with his sister, Reyne Knight, and nephew, Alan Daniels, of Fulton. Jody is survived by his sister Karen (Romey) Caruso of Oswego and their children Aryelle (Austin) Arnold of Springfield, Missouri and Cam Caruso of Oswego, He is also survived by his brother-in-law, Dan Knight of Fulton, nieces Sarah (Al) Smith and SusanDaniels of Fulton, nephew Carl (Madge) O’Bey of Ashville, NC, along with several great nieces and nephews.
