OSWEGO, NY – Lisa A. Cory, a resident of Scriba passed away on Friday December 9, 2016, at her home after a long illness.
Born in Chambersburg, Pennsylvania, she was the daughter Kay (Frederick) Keefer of Watertown.
Lisa traveled extensively and was a 1977 graduate of the Proctor-Hug High School in Reno, Nevada.
She was previously employed as a administrative assistant with the Jefferson- Lewis County Board of Realtors.
Lisa enjoyed traveling, sewing, cooking, genealogy and going to the races at the Oswego Speedway.
Surviving, besides her mother, are her husband, Duane Cory; two daughters, Katie Kimbro of Fargo, North Dakota and Emily Kimbro of Vernon, Connecticut; a brother, Mike Keefer of Coosbay, Oregon; a stepdaughter, Cathy Lucisano of Rochester; and many cousins, nieces and nephews.
Lisa brought a smile to all she met and will be dearly missed by all those who knew and loved her.
Memorial services will be held on Tuesday,December 20, at 3 p.m. from the Dowdle Funeral Home.,154 E. Fourth St.
