Tamara Bethlyn Hewitt

OSWEGO, NY – Tamara Bethlyn Hewitt of Oswego passed away on Sunday June 8, 2014, at the Upstate Medical Center in Syracuse after a short illness.

Born on May 5, 1972, in Oswego, she had attended Oswego schools and was a graduate of Oswego High School, Class of 1990.

She worked at many local businesses with the latest being Riverside Transport-RII.

She is survived by her fiance, William Todd Sr. and their son, William Todd Jr. both of Oswego; her father, Charles O. Hewitt Sr. of Oswego; her brothers, Brian and his wife, Jen, of Lowville, Bruce and his wife, Brenda, of Oswego, and Charles Hewitt Jr. of Lebanon, Tenn.; a sister, April Forrest of Melbourne, Fla.; aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

She was predeceased by her mother, Lynda; and her sister, Fawn.

Memorial services will be held on Thursday from 3-6 p.m. at the Community Alliance Church on State Route 104 in New Haven.

An immediate prayer service will be done by the Pastor Daniel Groh.

Burial will be private in St. Peter’s Cemetery, Oswego.

In lieu of flowers, donations in her memory may be made to the Intensive Care Unit of Upstate University Hospital in Syracuse.

  1. I am sorry for the loss of your loved one. This is never an easy time to endure. This I know.

    And though it is true that time does soften the pain with its passing, it can never erase it from your memory. The love and joy you had once shared with your loved ones stays alive. This I know.
