Thomas E. Wallace, 57

OSWEGO, NY – Thomas E. Wallace, 57, a resident of Liberty Street, passed away on Wednesday evening January 23, 2013, at his home surrounded by his family.

Born in Fulton, he was a son of the late William Wallace and Shirley (Hamner) Adle of Oswego.

He was a graduate of the Fulton High School and Culinary Trade School.

He was a chef at many restaurants in Oswego and Fair Haven and was also employed with Oswego Wire.

Mr. Wallace was a veteran of the Vietnam War serving with the United States Army.

Surviving besides his mother are his wife of 26 years, Jo-Ann Davenport; four children, Karacin (Matt) Wallace Strickland of Dolthan Alabama, Bryon Wallace of Oswego, Jessica Wallace of Oswego and Zackery Wallace of Oswego; three brothers, Roger Wallace, Brian Wallace and Donald Wallace all of Oswego; and three grandchildren.

He was also predeceased by his brother, Marvin Wallace; and his stepfather, Lee Adle.

Funeral services will be private and at the convenience of the family.
