Arrie B. Chauncey Dann, 88

FULTON, NY – Arrie B. Chauncey Dann, 88, of Fulton, was welcomed into Heaven on Tuesday May 21, 2019.

Born in Millwood, Ga., she had lived in Texas and later moved to Fulton.

Arrie retired from the Nestle Co., Fulton, after more than 30 years and was the volunteer supervisor at A.L. Lee Memorial Hospital, Fulton, for 15 years.

She was a member of the First United Church of Fulton.

Her family was always her top priority, with Arrie showing her support at her grandchildren’s sporting events, becoming well-known by many as “Rockin’ Gram.”

She enjoyed gardening, nature, visiting Jekyll Island, Ga., and was an Atlanta Braves fan.

She was predeceased by nine siblings.

Arrie will be lovingly missed by her daughters, Vickie (George) Kilpatrick of Fulton and Brenda Holt (Evan Murphy) of Tulsa, Okla.; two grandchildren, Nicholas (Yula) Cole and Kelsey Cole; siblings, Allen Chauncey, Alma Foreman and Louise Illum; several nieces and nephews.

Memorial calling hours and services will be 1 to 3 p.m., Tuesday, May 28, with a service at 3 p.m. at Foster Funeral Home, 910 Fay St., Fulton.

The family would like to thank the entire staff of St. Luke’s Residential Health Care Facility in Oswego for its loving and attentive care of Arrie during her final years.

  1. To Arrie’s family,please accept my heartfelt condolences in her passing. Worked in Bldg 30 with Arrie for about all of my 30 years with Nestle. She was a wonderful friend, co-worker and an all around genuine human being. She will be missed by all who knew her. Prayers.

  2. I worked with Arrie in Bldg 30 for 25 years and was a really nice person to work with and we had a lot of good laughs. My condolences to all her family. RIP Arrie God has another beautiful angel
