Bernard P. Hammond, Sr., 83, of Fulton, passed away Tuesday at home after a long illness.
He retired from Armstrong World Industries in Volney. Bernie was a Navy veteran of World War II and was an avid hunter.
He is survived by fiancé, Charlene Neyhart; sons, Mike (Gail), John and Bernie; daughters, Cecil and Amy (Clay); several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
At Bernie’s request, there will be no calling hours or services. Burial will be private.
