FULTON, NY – Beulah M. Vincent, 84, of Fulton, passed away on Sunday January 1, 2017, at home.

Born in Churubusco, she lived in Cato before moving to Fulton.

Beulah retired as a cook at Lanigan Elementary School in Fulton and had worked at General Electric in Liverpool.

She was a communicant of Holy Trinity Parish in Fulton.

Beulah was predeceased by her husband, Irwin Vincent, in 2004.

Surviving are her children, Debra Hollenbeck of Fulton, Denise Cook and Roger Treen of Minetto and Dan and Kathy Vincent of Hannibal; grandsons, David and Jason Dashnau, Jake, Shawn and Bradley Cook, Adam, Kyle, Casey, Cody and Chad Vincent; many great-grandchildren; brothers, Earl and Paula LaClair and Leon and Kay LaClair; and several nieces and nephews.

Calling hours will be held from 2 to 5 p.m. Thursday, January 5, at Foster Funeral Home, 910 Fay St., Fulton, with services immediately following at 5 p.m.

A spring graveside service will be held at Fairdale Rural Cemetery in Hannibal.

The family wishes to thank the Oswego County Hospice girls who attended to their mother during her illness.

  1. I am so sorry that such a beautiful lady has left us. My thoughts and warm wishes are with you Debbie, Denise and Danny. I hope you find some comfort in knowing mom is in a beautiful place and free of pain.. I’m sure your dad and all her friends have welcomed her with open arms. She is now a beautiful guardian angel who will spread her wings over all of you.. RIP Buleah … you are loved and will be missed by many ?

  3. I am so sorry for your loss. She was not only my neighbor but a great person to my son that has autism. He would always say hi to all of them that sit on their porch. She was a sweet woman that loved her family. She will surely be missed. R. I.P Mrs. Beulah M. Vincent.
