FULTON, NY – Beverly A. McKalsen, 87, of Granby, passed away early Thursday morning July 31, 2014, at home with her family by her side.
She was born Yakima, Washington, and resided in Granby since 1976.
Bev retired in 1990 from Plainville Turkey Farms where she worked for many years.
She was a lifelong avid reader.
Beverly was predeceased by three brothers, Raymond Tieden, Darrell Blake and Elliot Blake.
She is survived by three sons, Stuart (Gracie) Blake of Hacienda Heights, Calif., Kevin (Dee) Blake of Los Angeles, Calif., and Dan (Paula) McKalsen of Granby; sister-in-law, Maryann Blake of Granby; seven grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; as well as several nieces, nephews and cousins.
Calling hours will be held 1 to 3 p.m. Saturday with services to follow at Foster Funeral Home, 910 Fay St., Fulton.
Burial will be in Jacksonville Cemetery, Lysander.
