Beverly J. Sixberry, 85

FULTON, NY – Beverly J. Sixberry, 85, of Palermo, passed away on Friday April 13, 2018, after a short illness.

Born to the late Clarence and Carrie Thomas Albee in Fulton, she had resided in Fulton until her marriage to Earl Sixberry, in 1950, when she moved to Palermo, where she operated Sixberry’s Sunoco, with her husband, from 1965 to 1983.

She enjoyed bowling, camping, car racing and attending antique car shows, but above all, she enjoyed her time spent with her family.

She was predeceased by her husband, Earl; and sister, Donna Loomis.

Beverly will be greatly missed by her children, Earlene (Rick) Boutell, Darlene (Ron) Rice, Valerie Clark, Earl Jr. (Carol), Randy (Julie) and Ronnie; several grandchildren; several great-grandchildren; sisters, Janet Osborne and Sharon Hayden; several nieces and nephews.

Calling hours will be Monday, April 16, from 4 to 8 p.m. at Foster Funeral Home, 910 Fay St., Fulton.

A funeral service will be held 11 a.m. on Tuesday, April 17, at the funeral home.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Alzheimer’s Association, 441 W. Kirkpatrick St., Syracuse, NY 13204-1305.
