FULTON, NY – Carmella M. McMullen, 83, of Fulton, passed away Wednesday evening November 6, 2013, with her daughters by her side at Michaud Residential Health Services.
She was born in Fulton, a daughter to the late Peter and Mary Firenze.
Carmella was a homemaker and enjoyed playing bingo.
She is now reunited in Heaven with her late husband, “Mickey” McMullen, who died June 2, 1981; sister, Jo Fields; brothers, Paul and Ralph Firenze; and with a grandson, Richard Overton.
Carmella is survived by three daughters, Debra (Gary) Percival, Michele (John) Overton both of Fulton and Marybeth (Troy) Johnson of Lowville; a sister, Christine (Gary) Fields of Phoenix; two brothers, Louie (Bonnie) Firenze and Peter Firenze both of Fulton; six grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; as well as several nieces and nephews.
Calling hours will be 2 to 4 p.m. Sunday at Foster Funeral Home, 910 Fay St., Fulton.
Burial will be private in St. Mary’s Cemetery.
Carmella’s family would like to thank the staff at Michaud Residential Health Services for the exceptional love and care provided to their mother and family during this most difficult time.
