Carole Ann (Blake) Fowler, 76

FULTON, NY – Carole Ann (Blake) Fowler, 76, of The Villages, Florida, formerly of Fulton, passed away on Friday June 24, 2016, following a heroic battle with cancer.

Carole was the daughter of Fred and Jessie (Rogers) Blake.

Carole retired from Ed Vayner and Associates in Fulton after many years of service.

Upon retirement, Carole and Mike relocated to The Villages, Florida, where she enjoyed playing golf, reading, shopping and Mahjong.

Carole was a devoted wife, mother and grandmother whose determination, spirit and strong faith in God was an inspiration to all who knew her.

She is survived by her husband of 60 years, Raymond (Mike) Fowler of The Villages, Florida; three daughters, Debra (James) Steen of Unadilla, Ga., Diane (Jeffrey) King of Oswego, NY and Doreen (John) Mills of Alexandria, Pa.; four grandchildren, Ryan King, Brett King, Emily Mills and Erin Mills; as well as her brother, Maurice (Betty) Blake of Concord, NH.

There will be no calling hours.

Graveside services will be private.

Contributions in Carole’s memory may be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, St. Jude Tribute Program, PO Box 1000 Dept. 142, Memphis, Tenn. 38101-9908.
