FULTON, NY – Daniel C. Bronson, 90, of Fulton, passed away at Oswego Hospital after a brief illness on Sunday July 31, 2016.
He was born in New York City to the late Robert and Rose Ward Bronson and lived most of his life there until moving to Fulton after his retirement in 1989.
Danny was a proud veteran of the U.S. Navy, serving in the Pacific during World War II.
In his free time, he was an avid bowler and enjoyed woodworking.
In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by his brother, Robert Bronson Jr.
Surviving are his wife of 50 years, Prudence; step-son, Joseph Snyder; step-daughter, Kathryn Patterson; granddaughter, Elizabeth Lukoski; and several nieces and nephews.
A calling hour will be Thursday, August 4, from 11 a.m. to noon at Foster Funeral Home, 910 Fay St., Fulton, with a service to immediately follow at the funeral home.
Burial with military honors will follow in St. Mary’s Cemetery, Fulton.
