FULTON – Derek J. Harris, 28, of Fulton, passed away unexpectedly on Wednesday, December 23, 2020.
Born in Oswego, to Joe Reynolds and Carol Harris, he was a lifelong resident of Fulton. Derek graduated from G. Ray Bodley High School where he was on the wrestling team. He was a hardworking, talented construction worker. Derek loved boating and spending time with his friends and family. He will always be remembered for having a smile that could light up a room.
He was predeceased by his sister, Joann Harris, grandparents, Irene and Fran Holden.
Surviving are his mother, Carol (Holden) Harris; father, Joe Reynolds; sister, Tammy (Roberto) Harris-Jimenez, a large extended family who adored him and his beloved dog, Axel.
Calling hours will be held from 11-1 p.m. on Thursday, December 31 at Foster Funeral Home, 910 Fay Street, Fulton. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in Derek’s memory to the Fulton Wrestling Club by visiting www.fultonwrestling.com and clicking fundraising.
