FULTON, NY – Earl L. “Joe” Gould, 75, of Volney, passed away on Monday, December 18, 2017, at Oswego Hospital in Oswego.

A native of Baldwinsville, he had lived in Volney since 1964.
Joe retired as an operating engineer with the Operating Engineers Local 545 in Syracuse.
He enjoyed watching S.U. sports, NASCAR racing and playing cards.
Joe was predeceased by his wife of 46 years, Verne Donnelly Gould, in 2008.
Surviving are his children, Sandi Gould and Brian Gould both of Volney; grandchildren, Elizabeth, Andrea, Emily and Jillian Gould; and several nieces and nephews.
Calling hours will be held from 4 to 7 p.m. on Friday, December 22, at Foster Funeral Home, Inc., 910 Fay St. in Fulton.
A graveside ceremony will be held at Jacksonville Cemetery, Lysander in the spring.
