Eleanore G. Single, 81

FULTON, NY – Eleanore G. Single, 81, of Fulton, left this earth and entered into an eternal life without pain and suffering on Monday July 21, 2014.

Eleanore was born in Duesseldorf, Germany, and lived there until the age of two when she moved to New York where she worked in Westchester County until 1962.

From there she moved to Fulton where she worked and retired from Nestles.

Eleanore enjoyed camping, bingo and travelling.

She was predeceased by her daughter, Dawn Erikson; her mother, Lillian Boutin; and her husband, Harold.

Surviving are her daughter, Gayle Tollefson; sister, Charmaine Smith; niece, Jeanine Ferrer; nephew, Ken Urbach; grandchildren, Lisa, Jason, Mark and Eric Tollefson as well as six great-grandchildren.

Eleanore will be sorely missed and forever loved by her family and friends.

A memorial service will be held at a later date.

Memorial contributions in Eleanore’s name may be made to the Scleroderma Foundation, Tri-State Chapter, 59 Front St., Binghamton, NY, 13905.

  2. So sorry I did not visit Eleanor after I learned that she was to move. We were both members of the Lutheran Church on Curtis St. Dawn and Gail were in my Sunday School class. She was a great person. Now she is with Howie and Dawn and at peace
