FULTON, NY – Elizabeth M. “Betty” Giles, 88, of Fulton, passed away on Tuesday August 8, 2017, at Seneca Hill Manor.
She was born on November 27, 1928, in Carthage, a daughter to the late James and Mary North Delair.
Betty was predeceased by her husband, William Giles Sr., in 1999; two daughters, Connie VanHorn and Gloria Giles; one granddaughter, Deborah Prosenick; son-in-law, Jim VanHorn; and several siblings.
She will be greatly missed and forever loved by her five children, Betty (Vince) LaQuire of Fulton, Norma (Jim) VanHorn of Fulton, Billy (Shari) Giles of Hannibal, Kristine (Shayne) Cooper of Fulton and Colleen (Dale Bennett) Giles of Fulton; many grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren; as well as several nieces and nephews.
Calling hours will be held noon to 2 p.m. on Monday, August 14, at Foster Funeral Home, 910 Fay St., Fulton.
Burial will be at Mount Adnah Cemetery, Fulton.
