FULTON, NY – Frank “Randy” Williams, 66, of Fulton, passed away Thursday November 16, 2017, after an extended illness.
A Fulton native, Randy worked as a self-employed painter for many years and was a previous member of the Painters Local 38, Oswego.
He was an avid Yankees, Colts and SU fan.
Randy was a social and caring person, who could make friends with anyone, anywhere.
Randy will be greatly missed and forever loved by his children, John (Lisa) Williams and Andrea Williams; grandchildren, Lena, Lydia and Logan; former spouse, Donna Williams; and brother, Lee Williams Jr.
Calling hours will be held Tuesday, November 21, from 10 a.m. to noon with a service to immediately follow at Foster Funeral Home, 910 Fay St., Fulton.

Squilly was a a guy who laughed easily and was a kind soul.
Saw him a few times in the past two years and always with a smile on his face…contagious smile.

Randy will be missed in our 4th ward. He did his everyday walk through and knew everyone and everyone knew him. He would have lunch or dinner with a lot of our life time Fulton family’s. RIP Squilly !!
My condolences to John,Andrea,and family. Randolph,as I called him was a good friend.He had a heart of a gold and would do anything for anyone he knew.He always had a smile on his face and a story to tell.He didn’t have an easy life but he did have a full one. I can see him now telling all his stories to h the friends who passed before him.RIP my friend.
