FULTON, NY – G. Jean Lathrop Bailey, 73, of Bundyville, passed away peacefully surrounded by her loving family on Tuesday March 5, 2013.
She was a former active member of Women of the Moose in Fulton and Volney Volunteer Fire Department Auxiliary in Volney.
Jean was predeceased by her parents, Clarence and Violet Lathrop; and sister, Evlynne Warren.
Jean is survived by her husband of 56 years, Earl “Jerry” Bailey of Bundyville; daughters, Debra (Andy) Denery of Palermo and Connie (Doug) Wallace of Scriba; sister, Margaret (Don) Fenske of Oswego; grandchildren, Jermey (Maureen) Wallace, Lynne Wallace and Jennifer (Mark) Sharkey; great-grandchildren, Tyler and Taylor Wallace, Cole, Marly and Ella Sharkey and Bailey Wallace; and several nieces and nephews.
Calling hours are from 2 to 4 p.m. and 6 to 8 p.m. Saturday at Foster Funeral Home, 910 Fay St., Fulton, with services at 1:30 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.
Burial will be in the spring at Peck Cemetery in Scriba.
