Janice Monnoyer Brown

FULTON, NY – Janice Monnoyer Brown, much loved, passed away on Saturday February 4, 2017.

She was born on October 15, 1926, in Fulton.

Janice’s childhood home was in Fairdale and she graduated from Hannibal High School.

She was a lifelong member of the State Street United Methodist Church in Fulton.

Janice was predeceased by her first husband, Thomas D. Lockwood; second husband, E. Price Brown; and three sisters, Janet MacFarland, Joyce Pratt and Jean Fitch.

She is survived by her three children, Janis L. (Wallace) Wood of North Myrtle Beach, SC, Thomas H. Lockwood of Bristol, NH, and Judith L. (Robert) Simon of Altamonte Springs, Fla.; four grandsons, Richard (Robyn) Harvell of Oneida, NY, Scott (Kristy) Harvell of Jacksonville, Fla., Reed Lockwood of Pasadena, Calif., and Drew Lockwood of Boston, Mass.; four great-grandsons; numerous nieces, nephews and friends.

Janice was thoughtful, loyal and kind to everyone she met.

A calling hour will be from 11 a.m. to noon on Saturday, March 11, at Foster Funeral Home, 910 Fay St., Fulton.

A memorial service will immediately follow.
