FULTON, NY – Jason Stowell, 37, of Fulton, died Monday December 17, 2012, at Oswego Hospital.
Born in Oswego, he was a life resident the Oswego County area.
Jason had previously worked at Inficon in East Syracuse and Sears in Clay.
He was a veteran serving in the Marines from 1994 to 1998.
Jason loved to read and was known as the guy on the corner that is always outside reading.
An avid outdoorsman he enjoyed to fish and camp.
A football fan Jason loved the Chicago Bears.
He was predeceased by his father, Duane C. Stowell.
Surviving: his wife of 10 years, the former Erin Bristol; children, Avery and Emma Stowell; mother, Sandra Coe; siblings, Becki-Sue Stowell, Brandie Jordal, Heidi Stowell, Kristen Stowell, Joseph Jordal and Ryan Stowell; mother–in-law, Karen (Steve) Cobb; father-in-law, Tim (Linda) Bristol; several aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
Memorial services will be held 2 p.m. Saturday at Fulton First United Methodist Church, 1408 State Route 176, Fulton.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to his children c/o Erin Stowell, 722 ½ West Third Street South, Fulton, NY 13069.
