Joanne Ruth Beeman, 89

FULTON, NY – Joanne R. Beeman, 89, of Fulton, passed away on Friday, February 3, 2017, at Seneca Hill Manor.

She was born on December 5, 1927, in Phoenix, a daughter to the late Edwin and Mabel Coleman Mintonye.

Joanne loved photography, singing and gardening.

She was predeceased by her husband, Maurice Beeman, in 2007; four brothers, Richard, Oram, Donald and Lawrence; and sister, Sarah.

She is survived by step-children, Alan (Penny) Beeman of Rome, Robert (Veronica) Beeman of Fulton, Martin Beeman of Fulton, Maurine Shoults of Oswego and Brenda Pfahl of Virginia; as well as several grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

A calling hour will be held from 11 a.m. to noon on Saturday, February 11, at Foster Funeral Home, 910 Fay St., Fulton, where a service will follow.

Spring burial will be in Phoenix Rural Cemetery.
