Nancy M. Coulter, 87

FULTON, NY – Nancy M. Coulter, 87, of Fulton and formerly of Texas, passed away Monday January 19, 2015.

Nancy had worked at several area diners.

She enjoyed playing bingo, playing cards and visiting friends.

Nancy was predeceased by her husband, Richard L. Coulter, who passed away in 1993; and siblings, James Scardella, Santo Scardella, Anthony Scardella, Palma Cardinalli and Josephine Patane.

She will be greatly missed and forever loved by her children, Debra Duncan of Linden, Texas, Dennis (Cheryl) Coulter of Oswego and Robert Coulter of Texarkana, Arkansas; sister-in-law, Edna Scardella; six grandchildren, Jessica, Crystal, Thomas, Christopher, Cameron and Cade; five great-grandchildren, Dominick, Armando, Jose, Samuel and Abigail; several nieces and nephews.

A calling hour will be 9 to 10 a.m. Friday with a service to follow at 10 a.m. at Foster Funeral Home, 910 Fay St., Fulton.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to American Cancer Society, 6725 Lyons St., P.O. Box 7, E. Syracuse, NY 13057.

  1. Oh Nancy, I will miss my “partner in crime” greatly! I enjoyed having you ride along in the 4th of July parade in a golf cart that I had never driven before. You were a brave soul and I will always remember asking if you were ready, and you would respond “hit it” as we zipped around the streets in the cart, laughing loudly, as if nobody else existed. You captured my heart and I will miss your smile, your stories, and your absolute “in your face honesty!” I am happy that you made it home and are now pain free.

  2. Nancy!! oh i will miss you…i will miss your snarkyness when i was with ya workin at the ladies home!! i will miss our talks!!! im glad to have met such a wonderful woman!
