FULTON, NY – Ronald A. Utley, 76, of Fulton, passed away on Tuesday, June 18, 2019, at home.
He was born on February 9, 1943, in Elmira, a son to the late Harold and Eloise Freeman Utley.
Ronald is survived by one brother, Kenneth (Sharon) Utley of Florida; as well as several nieces and nephews.
All services will be held privately.
Burial will be in Mount Adnah Cemetery.
