FULTON, NY – Rosalie Marie (Phillips) Frataccia arrived into this world on February 5, 1978, and left on Wednesday January 31, 2018.
She fought bravely against her cancer.
Ro is now at peace and no more pain.
She was the former owner of R Bar in Fulton and was the current owner of Trash 2 Treasure in Fulton for several years.
Ro loved treasure hunting with her children and searching for items her customers wanted.
She was a member of Live Strong and loved to listen to Mumford and Dave Matthews Band.
Ro thoroughly enjoyed her family and was a friend to all.
She was predeceased by her father, Richard Frataccia, in 2005.
She is survived by her the two children, the joys of her life, Erin Elizabeth Phillips and Kaiden Richard Raymond; one brother, Vincent Frataccia; mother, Theresa Frataccia; beloved friend, Jason Raymond; dog, Luci Face; as well as several aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.
A memorial celebration will be from 2 to 4 p.m. on Saturday, February 3, at First United Methodist Church, State Route 176, Fulton.
