FULTON, NY – Russell W. Price Jr., 34, of Fulton, died Tuesday February 17, 2015.
He was born in Oswego and lived all his life in Fulton.
Russ was a graduate of G. Ray Bodley High School who enjoyed hunting, fishing, being outdoors and loved animals.
He was predeceased by his mother, Nancy Dyer Ruscitto, who died in 2010; and by a grandmother, Beverly Price, who died in 1998.
Russell is survived by his father and step-mother, Russell and Andrea Price of Fulton; his step-father, Ken Ruscitto of Fulton; sisters, Jolleen Podschlne of Maine and Britney Noyes of Fulton; a brother, Paul Price of Fulton; as well as several nieces and nephews.

I’m sorry to hear of Russel’s death. He was a great neighbor… an absolute pleasure to know; very friendly and kind. My sympathy to his family and friends. May he rest in peace.
