Sharon L. Casler, 55

FULTON, NY – Sharon L. Casler, 55 of Volney, passed away Friday June 19, 2015.

Born in Fulton, she had lived in the Fulton-Mexico areas.

Sharon was an active volunteer with the Mexico Softball League and St. Mary’s Star of The Sea Church.

Sharon was predeceased by a son, Jason M. Yablonski; her father, Irving O. Casler Sr.; a brother, Irving O. Casler Jr.; and her companion, Richard Miles.

She will be greatly missed and forever loved by her children, Gary M. Yablonski Jr. and Kelly (Jamie) Hobbs; her mother, Mary Casler; brother, Edward Casler; sister, Lori Casler; sister-in-law, Georganna Woodworth; her grandchildren who were the loves of her life, Aaron, Andrew, Alexzandra, Sofia, Brayden, Morgan and Grayson; several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.

Calling hours will be Thursday from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Foster Funeral Home, Fulton.

A service will follow at 1 p.m. at the funeral home, 910 Fay St., Fulton.

  2. Sharon my dear friend I can’t believe you are gone. I will miss our late night calls and talking for hours. Life will be empty with out you. Gary Michael you and your family will always be in my heart. I hope that you know if you ever need anything I am just a phone call away. I remember our last conversation on the phone always ending the same “I love you and tell John I love him too and good night” Rest in peace my friend I will always love you like my sister.
