FULTON – Sheila D. Westcott, 71, of Fulton, passed away unexpectedly on Thursday, October 29, 2020 at home.
Born in Oswego, a daughter to the late Ira and Clarabel (Burt) Spaulding. She spent her life caring for children and truly had an impact on their lives. Sheila enjoyed reading, crossword puzzles and collecting snowmen. She loved her cats, Sasha and Munchkin.
Sheila was predeceased by her brother, Gary and her sister, Pat.
Surviving are her two sons, Michael (Denise) and Jeffrey (Kristi) Westcott; six grandchildren, Shane, Lacy, Nicolette, Michael, Aurora, and Emily; three great-grandchildren, Jayce, Brixley and Jude; brother, Don Spaulding and several nieces and nephews.
In respect of Sheila’s wishes, there will be no calling hours or services. Foster Funeral Home has care of arrangements.

I’ll always be grateful of knowing Sheila for many decades. Though sometimes we lost track of each other, we always picked up where we left off when we saw each other again.
RIP Sheila… until we meet again.
