
Sherwood A. Ingersoll, 87, of Fulton, died Sunday at Oswego Hospital.
Born in Fulton he was a life resident. Sherwood had been employed at Fulton City School District in the maintenance department. He had previously worked for the City of Fulton. He was a member of the First United Church of Fulton. Sherwood was a square dance caller and had enjoyed teaching square dancing. He was predeceased by his wife, Sarah L. Ingersoll who died October 10, 1994.
Surviving; a son, Gary (Sue) Ingersoll of Camillus; two grandchildren, Gary (Cassie) Ingersoll and Megan (Jon) Walters; a brother, Donald Ingersoll of Fulton; a niece and a nephew.
There are no calling hours or services. Private burial will be at Maplewood Cemetery in Mannsville. Foster Funeral Home, Fulton has charge of arrangements.

Then located at Lanigan School.
