Sola Fay Cooley, 89

FULTON, NY – Sola Fay Cooley, 89, of Fulton, has gone to be with the Lord on Monday, May 30, 2016, at Michaud Residential Health Services in Fulton.

She was a member of the First Assembly of God Church where for many years she ministered as the children’s church and Missionettes.

Sola also served as the church secretary and coordinated many vacation bible schools.

Sola leaves behind three sons, Olin Cooley Jr. of Florida, Guy (Diane) Cooley of Illinois and Christopher Cooley of Fulton; three daughters, Lenore (Ronald) Richards of Hannibal, Karen Cooley and Cassandra (Kelly) Ormsby of Fulton; and many grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Calling hours will be held from noon to 2 p.m. Monday, June 6, at Foster Funeral Home, 910 Fay St., Fulton, with services to follow.

Burial will be at Mount Adnah Cemetery, Fulton.

Contributions may be made to River of Life Assembly, 815 Oneida St., Fulton, NY 13069, in Sola’s memory for children’s ministries.
