William Andrew Malone, 50

FULTON, NY – William A. Malone, 50, of Phoenix, passed away Friday December 19, 2014, at University Hospital in Syracuse.

A native of Hannibal, Bill had lived in the Phoenix area for 27 years.

Bill had worked for Oswego County for more than 25 years and was the current Buildings and Grounds Superintendent.

He enjoyed camping and working on his farm.

Bill will be greatly missed and forever loved by his wife, Kim; children, Joshua and Emily; parents, Maurice and Theresa Malone; sisters, Christine Malone and Jennifer Nosko; several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated 9:30 a.m. Tuesday at St. Stephen’s Church, 469 Main St., Phoenix.

Calling hours will be held 4 to 7 p.m. Monday at Foster Funeral Home, 910 Fay St., Fulton.

In memory of Bill, contributions may be made to Upstate Cancer Center, 750 E. Adams St., Syracuse, 13210.

  2. I met Bill this fall, and enjoyed working with him and visiting with him. My thoughts and prayers go out to his family and friends. He was a very good man.

  3. My condolences. I have worked with Bill Malone at Oswego County during the last few years. Bill is a first class gentlemen. He is one of the most honest and genuine people I have ever met. He will be missed by all.
