Frank Lanphere

FULTON – Frank Lanphear, 88, passed away at Seneca Hill Manor on Monday June 3rd, with his wife Sallie by his side.  Frank was born on June 11, 1935, in the town of Oswego.

Frank served in the United States Army.  He worked for Nestle and Menter Ambulance for many years.  He did many different jobs over the years at Menter Ambulance but was most known for doing decedent removals and transports.

Frank enjoyed going to the different casinos in the area and gambling with his wife Sallie.   He loved to drive.  There wasn’t any place that Frank was not willing to drive to whether it be for work or pleasure.

Frank is survived his wife, Sallie; one son and three daughters.  He is predeceased by two sons and one daughter.

There are no services.  Donations may be in Frank’s memory to the Wounded Warrior Project, P.O. Box 758516, Topeka, KS 66675-8516.
